This plan includes access to our introductory functional lab test which is the Adrenal Test.

This is a saliva test that provides an indication of your body’s ability to handle stress. It measures the level of the body’s main stress hormones; cortisol and DHEA.

You will also get access to a personalised nutritional supplement protocol that is customised according to which stage of adrenal dysfunction or “adrenal fatigue” you are in; as there are 3 stages. The therapeutic protocol will be matched according to your corresponding stage.

This plan includes everything in the 100 Day Plan plus the addition of a Report of Findings session where we review your functional lab results in detail and how they relate to the symptoms you are experiencing. You will also receive 2 additional functional labs which are the Gut Health and Organic Acids Test.

The Gut Health Test provides a functional overview of your digestive system. It measures various markers that relate to digestion, the levels of friendly bacteria in your gut, and hidden infections from bad bugs such as parasites, yeast, and unfriendly bacteria.

Sample Report

The Organic Acids Test provides an insight into your body’s overall nutritional status. Unlike the Adrenal and Gut Health tests which are more specific, this test is broader in nature and covers several key areas such as nutritional deficiencies, energy production system, immune function, brain chemistry, and liver detoxification capacity.
